I have a very limited plain diet. I know exactly what works for me and also what my reactions will be

I generally can tolerate small amounts of raw almonds a few times a week

I accidentally bought dry roasted unsalted almonds. Zero other ingredients on the package ( Trader Joe’s)

I had only consumed water , nothing else at all, and within 20 minutes of eating a handful I had extreme allergic reactions

Vertigo, panic attack, doomsday thoughts , eye puffiness , total disorientation , racing heart

I tried to ride it out but ended up taking a Benadryl ( I rarely do , but they work very well for my panic attack reactions)

It seems that the act of dry roasting can increase the chances of an allergic reaction. Has this happened to anyone else?
