I'm hearing clunking noise in the front when going on rough road or bumps

2001 Toyota Celica GTS For context I have replaced shocks and struts front and rear, sway bar links front and rear, front control arms with the ball joints replaced as well and replaced sway bar bushing in front and rear and I'm still hearing clunking more now on the driver side. What could be making the noise I'm pretty sure there not much else I can replace?

I really would like some help figureing it out since it has to be suspension right? It wouldn't just be my motor mounts right?

I'm having a hard time waking up for second dose what can I do?

I've been on xyrem for 5 months so far I believe I've been on 4.5 x2 a night for a month or two but as of all last week and today I've slept way to late to take the second dose I keep going to bed at 10:30pm cause I can't stop eating on time since I have to wait for my bf to get home from work to eat dinner so I end up not eating dinner till 7:30pm-8 pm and I need atleast 2 hours after eating dinner theres no way I can go to bed by 9:30 I was taking my meds month ago at 9:30 pm and 12:30 but there's no way I can do that now. Any suggestion I set two alarms the alarm clock I was sent and then two alarms on my phone to wake me up but they have been failing to do so. So I'm waking up from first dose 5-6 hours after I'm at a loss on what I can do.... Please help
