Fitting problem, bust gap

I using the red threaded regency short stays pattern for this, size M, but bust gussets use size S

How to fix this? This also happened the last time I made late Victorian over bust corset, the bust isn’t too big but the shape just doesn’t seems to cover it

How to prevent/fix/cover the bulk/crease at the corner of the slanted pocket

(For some reason I can’t upload the pics I’m sorry I’ll try on comment) I’m CRYING, I fix these at least four times and yes I ironed it and it still looks like this! I don’t think I can fix this now, but I do want to know if I ever gonna make another slanted pocket, how should I do? And I’m thinking maybe I should use embroidery to cover it? Like those flossing embroidery in Victorian corset, in a radial burst shape pattern using some silk buttonhole threads?

Corset with slippery/stretchy fabric

I have a GORGEOUS teal sateen fabric, and I think it will look very good on a Victorian corset.

But my problem is, this fabric is very slippery, a lot of gives, I can’t even draw a straight line on it, and fabric starch doesn’t help that much. So now I need to figure out two questions: how to cut the fabric, and how to make the fabric stable enough not to stretch on the waistline.

I’m thinking these two:

A. Use an infusible interlining on my sateen, which will probably make it lose the stretchiness, then use the sandwich method with a heavyweight cotton as lining to construct the corset. Pros: I can cut it with infused interlining so I don’t even need to think about how to cut it Cons: I’ve never used infusible interlining before and I’m scared the fabric will become bubbly after washing

B. Starch the fabric (although it doesn't help a lot it but something is still better than nothing), and flat-lining with a heavyweight cotton. Pros: Idk, but at least the corset theoretically won't stretch Cons: still needs to figure out how to cut it

So, what do you think? And any suggestions will be so so so appreciated😭

I just finished a spell

Haven’t cast any spell in a long long time, so I’m not exactly sure am I doing it well. Anyway the context is I’m currently having a big crush on someone who isn’t from the country im living in and doesn’t have any long term place to stay in, he’s just kinda stay in a country for one to few months and then leave to other countries, the reason for that is quite complicated. So my spell intention is for him to have a job or scholarship that he can stay near me, and have finally have some stability and prosperity since he’s currently not working for a job that pays him (yes this one is weird because he is working something but that ‘job’ is like a internship or volunteering or something like that). Today is Wednesday and I cast it in mercury hour, it was a little spell jar, I sprayed myself some mint perfume, lit up a yellow tea candle, wrote my intention on a little piece of memo paper, I use mint and lavender and two little clear quartz crystals, I tied the jar and paper using gold embroidery thread and white linen thread, seal it off with yellow candle wax (wasn’t plan to do this but the linen thread wasn’t knot it well so I decided to seal the knot with wax), and when I’m done I blow the candle.

I don’t know am I doing it ‘correctly’, and I know even if the spell actually works, it will take at least a year to see the result (since if he does decide to apply for a PhD scholarship in my city he has to do it next year), but now I think I’m more relaxed about everything, less nervous, or I’m just tired idk😭

Should I cast a banishment spell

On get rid of a piano that has been sitting in my room for years?

A little context, that piano was purchased by my parents, it was already an old piano when they bought it back in about 2020/2021. I never wanted that piano, I don’t know how to play piano, but they insist put it in my room, because ‘there’s no other space for it so it have to be in your room’

And for years I have complained about it, I don’t like it, it took so much space in my room, I want a bookshelf but I can’t because of the piano. Whenever I mentioned it, they either fake promise me they'll get rid of it, or they will just keep saying there’s no other space in the house and yet, my dad is an ‘old furniture hoarder’, he keep buying a bunch of very large furniture pieces into our house, so I don’t know why there’s space for his furniture but not his piano (which btw NO ONE IN THE HOUSE IS PLAYING THIS PIANO, it’s been a random wooden pieces for my dirty laundry for 3 years now).

I'm really done with this, rather it’s from a mundane way or spiritual way to see it, this piano is not good for me. And as I mentioned it’s really really old, it’s not even from a good brand but some random knockoff brand you can’t even google it, so there’s no one want to buy it, as I tried asking multiple times.

So I’m thinking, should I cast a banishment spell? I’ve never tried banish spell and it’s been very long time since do any spellwork so I’m kinda nervous. I wish the outcome of this spell will be something like I finally find a buyer that willing to take the piano, or my uncle will agree put it in his house.

Idk, what’s your thoughts? Any suggestions will be appreciated!
