Reference sizing:

• I wear a US9 in three Red Wings (2x Iron Ranger, 1x 8079 low Moc Toe). Length and width are good, but slightly more room in the toe box width would help with wearing thicker socks. 
• I wear Converse Chucks in wide fit size US8.5 (with thinner socks). Regular chucks are too narrow for me. I could probably go a half or whole size larger for this.
• Vans are US 10 and are slightly longer than I'd ideally like.

I'd like the Service or Logging boots to fit the same as the Iron Rangers, a little bit more width/height in the toe box would be welcome.

I do however have slimmer ankles so I wear 2/3th length leather insoles in all my red wings to get the fit I need.

Based on all of this, what would you guys recommend? According to the conversion table on the LJ website, 43D would probably be my best bet. Do you agree?

I want to constrain the vertical selected line to the selected circle. I've tried doing this a lot of ways but none successful. Coincident seems like the most sensible choice, to this relative noob at least, but Fusion is returning an error telling me it's already constrained.

Any idea how I should approach this?
