How do I stay loose and fluid in my golf swing while also being in control

The title may sound confusing and I wish I had swing footage, but let me explain

I’m not that good of a golfer at all, but I’m trying to play more in 2026 and I’m a 25 handicap who shot his first 90 last weekend, so that number is currently dropping with my better 10 rounds being updated.

But I really want that loose, fluid tempo swing that compresses the ball well. The swing that people say to be smooth instead of trying to kill the ball. But when I try to bring that into my swing, it just feels like the club is turning in my hand and coming out as a slice.

My swing that I currently use and works for me currently is one where I have to be very tense and in control of my movements to limit the chance of the shot coming out bad. Kinda like a DeChambeau swing where you try to make every swing look identical every time and standardized.

Does anyone have a mental cue or something that can help me picture the feeling of silky swing with soft arms, but also a tight grip and forearms? Maybe some drills that can help fix my tempo also? I know this is all probably confusing with no video but any help is appreciated

Please recommend me music that sounds similar to this 🙏🏻

This is not my genre music at all. I’m actually more of a hip hop/trap guy, but I stumbled upon this album about 6 months ago and it’s changed my life lol. The songs on this album are ones that will be stuck with me for the rest of my life.

Can anyone else recommend other songs/artists/albums that are similar to this? I’ve listened to some of TV Girl’s other stuff since then and I’ve liked a few songs here and there from French Exit and there other albums, but nothing has hit for me like Who Really Cares on first listen. Idk everyone else’s opinion in this fanbase but I think it’s their best work overall.

But again, any recommendations? I’d love to hear more music that has that funky vibe, that’s pretty depressing when you actually read the lyrics. It can be also be more TV Girl songs because I haven’t heard 100% of everything released, and I know they also have some music that is only on SoundCloud/YouTube I haven’t listened to either

Currently in a dynasty draft, it’s getting late in the draft. Kamara still on the board out there. Does anyone feel like he might be usable for 1 more year at least?

Health has to be good this year of course, but with the Saints probably improving overall as a team this year + Etienne snaps, does Alvin at least become rosterable?

He probably gets dropped by next year on a dynasty team, but should I draft him at least or just a total waste

This is not really controversial or a hot take tbh, but it’s a uniform take at least.

BOTH teams that make the Super Bowl should be able to wear their home jerseys or alternates, as long as their colors are not the same (obviously). Or even create Super Bowl only uniforms or something idk. Just give the teams the option to not wear white if they do not want to.

I want to bring color back to the NFL. I want to see visually appealing games on my TV. It’s so nice seeing games, no matter the sport, where the colors are contrasting and are vibrant against each other.

You can’t tell me this past Super Bowl wouldn’t have been nice to watch with the Seahawks in their blue/grey throwbacks and the Patriots in their red/white throwbacks.

I don’t care about tradition. I don’t care about history. Just make the most important game of the year visually appealing to watch. Afterwards, the people that dislike this idea can go back to talking about how great Alabama & Penn State’s uniforms are with their “tradition” behind it.

These aren’t new ideas at all, and honestly I’m surprised they haven’t already been created inside of TikTok yet. But I have 2 features they need to add that would make the user experience 10x better:

  1. Filter your likes from oldest to newest.

You can already sort TikToks on peoples accounts that they’ve posted to oldest to newest, they should do the same for your personal likes. I would love to see the TikTok’s I was liking back in 2019

  1. “Videos you’ve liked” section on a users profile

That probably sounds confusing ^, but I was just trying to say there should be a separate section on a profile that will show you all the TikToks you’ve liked from that one user. Instead of scrolling for days to find that one TikTok you liked, just give me a feature that will show all TikTok’s I’ve liked from that one user.
