Covering last month overspend

UPDATED: Thanks everyone. It was easier than I was making it. All good and all funded!

We had some very large, unplanned expenses in July that created overspending in a category. We put the expenses on CC. However, we were not worried because we also had a chunk of money that we knew was coming in August. So we knew we could pay the CC in full when it comes due. But since we put it on CC the overspend doesn't carry over from July to August in that category. Instead it shows we don't have enough to pay off CC in August. Now that the money has come in and is sitting in RTA, I can't seem to figure out how to cover the oversleeping on that CC. When I click on CC available which shows hello, it does not show me last months overspending, but only $8.59 overspending this month. How do I do this without messing things up. BTW, I am on mobile but if it's something I can only do on web app I can do that as well. Just prefer mobile if possible.

Need ideas for transitioning to WFPB

About 6 years ago, I transitioned to WFPB and continued to eat that way for about a year. I lost weight without trying and didn't feel hungry. And I felt so good overall. Gradually I morphed back into previous ways. I have tried going back but have struggled and find myself hungry more than I remember the first time.

I'm not someone who is good at doing things gradually. I really need to hop in with both feet or I will abandon the effort eventually.

I would love to hear ideas/suggestions for transitioning. FWIW, I am 59yo and very overweight. I do strength training and I walk most days. The first time I went WFPB I was not working out so I realize my caloric needs may be different. I'm struggling to figure that out.

Thanks!

Looking for title

I'm trying to find out the name of an old black and white horror film about a killer doll. It is not The Twilight Zone Living Doll. And it is not Devil Doll. It takes place in an old time period. I want to say early 20th Century. A man is sent a doll as a gift. He gives it to his daughter. But the doll comes "alive" like occasionally opens its eyes. And it ends up killing people in jealousy of the girls attention (or something like that). At one point they try to throw it in a fire, but somehow that didn't work.

The only thing that has come close in my search is a gemini response that describes what sounds like the correct move but then IDs it as an episode of Boris Karloff narrated "Thriller" series. Except when I looked at all the episodes from that series, I can't find it.

Will try cross posting.

Remedy for emotional flatness

Has anyone continued on Cymbalta but found a way to counteract emotional flatness. I finally am functioning so much better in so many ways but I am also not feeling much of anything. I just came back from a week long vacation where I should have felt a sense of excitement and awe and joy on many occasions. And I just couldn't give a hoot about anything. I don't want this feeling but I also don't want to go back to how I was before meds. Or will this go away?

Help with mistake

So I had intended I transfer $900 from my checking account to a savings account at another bank. But instead, I mistakenly transfered it to the credit card I have with that second bank. So my credit card account has a credit and in YNAB my CC account is red because I overpaid. It's not a big deal as far as funds as I use that CC for most of my spending on regular items and pay off each month. But I can't seem to reason on how I will account for that in YNAB. For example, if I go grocery shopping and use the CC. The charge will just be deducted from the credit on the card. Help!
