how to know when to move to higher level?
hey everyone! i’m curious on how you figured you were ready to go to level 1.5-2. i’m on 1 right now and have done about 25 classes. i can do all of the things in the classes but some do feel hard. like planks and in some arm workouts i’ll feel tired at the end. is it supposed to get to a point where it feels easy for me then i move up?
