does anyone know about any good plugins to do with colour previews and colour pickers? kinda like the images attached

I'm not sure if this is a me problem or a program problem but everytime it attempts to translate it come up with a bunch of code like this. anyone know what could be causing this :((

(ive posted this on other subreddits and the official windows site, im not sure if this is exacly the right place to post this but i thought id try here too just incase)

a while ago i got sick and tired of certain windows icons not showing properly in the taskbar so i went looking for solutions and found this one bit of code someone recommended to run (3rd screenshot) but it basically killed all off my icons with no return. i cant exacly remember but i might have ran it without administrator by accident at first which might be why this happened.

since then ive constantly been trying things to help but nothings worked. one of them being re-running the code as administrator (4th screenshot) but it says that certain files cant be found, if thats any help. also to note that when i hover over the icons on my desktop its just the text thats selected which makes me wonder if the icons still are somewhere but arent being placed properly.

really any help is appreciated as long as its nothing sketchy or will risk me getting hacked im willing to try anything i beg ;_; i miss my icons and doing anything now is extremely tedious, if its not obvious lol

( and if its important for whatever reason my os build is 26200.8894, laptop is inspiron 7501 and my processor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (2.59 GHz) )
