Only ever hungry for carbs and sugar, does anybody else feel the same?
Does anybody else deal with intense cravings for carbs and sugar and struggle to get enough protein and fibre in their diets? I’m assuming this is because my body struggles to produce energy so wants the most immediately available source? When I eat other food I frequently end up not finishing, I just have no appetite for proteins and vegetables, even though I like the taste. Obviously I need to improve this for my overall health. Does anybody feel the same? Or have tips for tackling this feeling?
Edit: the issue isn’t that I crave sugar or carbs, everyone does, it’s more that I have zero appetite for other foods. I like them, it’s not about hating vegetables, I just can barely eat if it’s not a carb
