Trying to get hired at Urbn

Hi all, I wasn’t sure where to post this but I saw a similar post from another user.

My dream job is to be a print designer and I saw that Urbn has a few roles open rn. I’ve reached out to the recruiter directly with a small project I worked on and I haven’t heard anything. It’s been two days. Idk what else to do. It feels impossible to get in this company, or even get a response. I’ve been out of school 10 years now and only ever got one in person interview with them. It’s frustrating and upsetting cause I know I’d be a great fit. Idk if anyone has any insight about the company and its hiring process? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: it seems as though the general consensus is that URBN is not a good company and I’m dodging a bullet. Thanks everyone!

What do I do? This person left me an awful review and I’ve reported them and have heard nothing.

This crazy girl ordered this shirt from me for $3, after a few days she sends me these horrible messages. For her to say I was rude makes no sense considering I didn’t even reply to her crazy ass messages lmao. I blocked her, and the item never shipped because I cancelled the order!! And now she’s left me this terrible and not truthful review. I’ve tried escalating it to Depop and haven’t heard back. This is just so awful as I have a perfect selling record. How the hell is this allowed?

What happened?

We used to get dolls like these for around $30 that came with an additional outfit, accessories, and even the boxes were cooler. I mean look at how the rodeo lasso extends outside the box!!! I ordered the Rodarte Cloe doll which cost $80 with shipping and seeing these is making me realize how good we once had it.

Is it greed, cost of imports going up, etc? I’m tired of this grandpa!

I’ve been super busy and it’s only been three days. This person is being super aggressive.

This past week has been crazy for me so my depop items keep getting put on the back burner. This girl DMs me, says “ship now” which had she asked respectfully I probably would’ve shipped sooner. Mind you this is an item that I sold to her for $3 lmao. Again I get that people want their things shipped asap and I’m admittedly bad when it comes to shipping on time but this reaction is so uncalled for.
