Macbook (M1) trackpad functions via tap, but does not click

I know that this can mean there is swelling battery vs debris stuck under the track pad.

Does it mean anything specifically that the trackpad tapping still works, but I cannot physically click?

GE portable dishwasher error code 999

I think it’s either incorrectly sensing that it’s overfilled or is actually over filling. It manually drains fine when I cancel the cycle.

This is what it looks like inside when the error code goes off (a few minutes after starting the cycle and the dishwasher fills).

I need some guidance on which part(s) to test, how to test them, and/or if there are ones you think right off the bat I need to replace!

Need help with portable dishwasher leak and error code

GE portable dishwasher model GPT225SSL0SS

Initially it started having a 999 error code a few minutes into cycle. In general, resetting the cycle would work. However, the error started showing up more frequently and would require multiple resets in order to run a cycle.

It has for a while had an intermittent minimal leak from its bottom left (viewer’s right hand side) corner. Then, last week, it started leaking significantly during a cycle - mostly from the same bottom corner but also seemed to be leaking from the door handle/grip part? It almost sounded like there was water inside the door itself when I was opening it. Then I noticed the bottom corner of the door gasket was cracked. Tub gasket seems fine.

I’m wondering a few things-
GE does not sell replacement door gaskets for this model. I’d have to purchase the entire inside panel of the door, which is $230. Do you think this crack could be repaired with some sort of glue or sealant?

I’ve read that the 999 code generally stems from a communication error in the control board. So, I’m imaging I will have to replace some parts of that. Could a recurrent leak that’s maybe been going on longer than I realized have damaged some of the wiring in the control board?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
