It's an urban setting and we are getting paid 14k a month from our tower that has been installed for more than 10+ years. I now want to renew it to get a more fair price. What should be my expected ask for rent?? Please help me guys!;

As the title suggests one thing that has been on my mind lately is that I have spent a lot of time studying investment signals, testing data, executing trades, managing risk, determining position sizes and building portfolios.
I have not spent much time studying the actual investment portfolios for successful investors. I mean i have not looked at what they hold in their portfolios. I have not checked how different stocks and assets they have.
I have not seen how often they adjust their portfolios. I have not found out how much cash they keep in their portfolios. I have not observed how they react when their investments go down.
The strange thing is that I can find lots of information about investment strategies but little information, about how successful investors really invest their money. Has anyone else noticed this problem??
As the title mentions go to the protest and make it successful.......Chant Pro-India slogans at the top of lungs....Ask accountability from the Govt. Make sure if a single anti-India or anti-Hindu slogan is raised u complain the police. Hijack the movement and make it a right wing movement and show them that we can ask for accountability!! Talk about the police brutality on 20th, but also mention about the anti-social elements in the protest. U know where the right loses in intellectual spaces, go through all the achievements of the current Govt. and tackle them factually. Also be open to take criticism, there will be a large scale minority population out there make sure they do not abuse our country the PM and our religion!! Let's do it guyss!!
Like sometimes I will see someone with a really strong historical returns, but then when i actually start copying the experience feels very different cause the portfolio composition has already changed or certain positions already changed or certain positions already moved a lot!!
U know I just genuinely can't tell how experienced users evaluate who is actually worth copying long term vs who just has a really strong run quite recently. What do people here usually pay attention to beyond the headline return numbers??
As the title states, where the hell is Rahul Gandhi when the nation is going through so many protests. He is the leader of opposition and has a responsibility towards the Indian state and the Indian public and he seems absent now from the action. How will anyone trust him if he is not seen in the news. Chalo BJP accha nahi hai manta hu, par alternative to ho kuch. Why can't the Congress be a competent opposition. Rahul Gandhi is by far the biggest leader after Modi in India. And he is himself absent, kabhi kabar ata hai kuch statements deke gayab Politics aise thore hi hota hai!!
