Am I overreacting about my summer situation

I (15f) have been on summer break thank goodness. This school year almost took my life because it was so draining and hard. I’m glad to not be in that space anymore. All year my friends and I have made plans to do things over summer, but now that schools actually out I feel like they have all abandoned me. I ask them to hang out and they reply with, “I’m busy sorry” which I totally understand that but when I get that answer over and over again and then they go and make plans with other people while knowing that I’ve been wanting to hang out it starts to suck. We have a group chat where everyday we rate our days and then share and they have been complaining about doing things every day on their summer break like going to a lake house and then going shopping and going to a pool and they just want to relax and do nothing. Meanwhile I have been doing nothing all summer and I feel like a turd. This isn’t just this summer either it’s a pattern. This happens almost every summer. I get dropped whenever it rolls around. I think I’m just gonna stop reaching out to people at this point. My mom’s mad because I haven’t gone out and I’ve just been in the house and bored but I honestly can’t help it. Am I overreacting?
