Hi everyone!
I’m currently researching and writing a Substack article about women in SPAM (Social Media, Public Relations, Advertising & Marketing) — focusing on the people behind the campaigns, trends, brands, and online conversations that shape modern culture.
I’m looking to interview women who currently work (or have worked) in fields such as:
Social media management/strategy
Public relations (PR)
Advertising
Brand marketing
Influencer marketing
Content strategy
Digital marketing
Creative direction
The goal of this research is to understand:
• What working in SPAM is really like behind the scenes
• What a typical day looks like in these careers
• The challenges and opportunities women experience in the industry
• How social media, pop culture, and internet trends influence marketing
• Advice for young women interested in entering this field
The interview will be a written Google Docs interview with questions you can answer at your own convenience. It should take approximately 15–30 minutes.
Important: This is an independent research project, and participation is unpaid. I completely understand that your time is valuable, and I truly appreciate anyone willing to share their experiences and insights.
With your permission, selected responses may be quoted in my final Substack article. You can choose whether you would like to be credited by name or remain anonymous.

I’ve been into the manifestion and have manifested a few things using subliminals I basically want to script that i have a highly specific i mean HIGHLY specific personality to live in my neighbourhood so i get to meet him everyday hehe but there’s still a limiting Belief that I cannot actually manifest people out of thin air or even if I do things won’t go well or they might “cost” something idk please help me with this mindset and help me with the script :)
