Query regarding ece

I will probably get CSE spec or even core CSE at my rank but I want to pursue ece and go for higher studies will it be a wise decision to choose ece over cs?

Suspended chords

I was trying to play let down by radio head and it had dsus2 I know how to play suspended chords but how do I do a smooth transition in the let down and running around verse it's d and then dsus2 immediately after , I am using the 2nd inversion but I am unable to transit from d to dsus2 in that verse it doesn't sound right
