Salam and Hi all, I am flying to Erbil on Saturday morning and I want some ideas for places which I must visit. I am also looking for hotel recommendations with reasonable prices near the citadil. Any tips really as I am nervous. Should I wear hijab or no? How is the weather? And is it safe for women? I also intend to leave to Baghdad on Sunday, any ideas on how can I do so? Thanks

I need a recommendation for an online psychiatrist in AD please. I went to see a GP and a neurologist and none of them actually helped or gave proper immediate treatment. I used to live in UK and patient safety was top priority which does not seem to be the case here. Thanks
