While reading about the improved Araneo, I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to beat it in caves?
As a single player, I’m not sure how to do this and not get overwhelmed with webbing, especially when you have 10+ Araneo on you sometimes in these baves.
Did anyone who received the “you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the card” on May 15th get the email on how to do that yet?
When I check the payment site, it still shows processing and that it is the initial payment.
I did the various calculations that are throughout the Reddit posts regarding this settlement and thought I was getting about $198.00. I used three of the calculation types and came up with around the same amount all three times. The payment site seems to be saying I am getting more than $200.00. I paid about 37k over four years in premiums. There was no ASO.
My ex-wife and I are in agreement that I should have the kids full-time and essentially just flip the custody agreement with her getting them every other weekend and I will have them the rest of the time, as well as me no longer paying child support. I am opting out of asking her for child support as she is on disability.
I have started filling out the forms to submit to the court, but I am no lawyer, nor can I afford one. I make too much for a legal aide and not enough to afford a lawyer. She will not have a lawyer either. I don't know what forms can just be handed to her by me and which ones need to be handed to her by a process server.
I am in Florida if it helps.
Is this something that I can just ask at the courthouse when dropping off my paperwork? I know that they will not give legal advice, but this would be procedural I believe.
