What kind of roach is this?
Is it an infesting type or just something that came in from outside? Ventura County, California

What’s the easiest way to handle it? I’m thinking to just get a pack of the premixed ones for in the carry on to use on the plane but I’m worried about TSA insisting on opening them all to test (I’ve seen posts where this has happened) and then they all expire and I’m screwed. But if I bring powder, are they gonna want to stick any weird swabs in it? I don’t want stuff touching my baby’s food. I’m also worried they’d give me a hard time about the water required to mix the powder. I’m definitely convinced the premade ones are gonna be easier but will they let me through without opening them all to test? Should I arrive extra early to allow for any additional screening I might require due to bringing liquid through?
Does anyone know if I need to be counting these? I have to drink them twice a day per my doctor’s orders for a medical condition I have so it isn’t something I can skip out on.
What does that mean like what exactly is a lean, trimmed pork chop? Do I just have to cut the fat off of it and then it’s zero points? I know I’m being stupid pls bear with me.
I have been on the mini pill for just over a month and my anxiety has been absolutely through the roof. I didn’t make the connection until today that my anxiety got very bad around when I started.
Is it even worth trying Nexplanon? I was planning to try Nuvaring once I’m done breastfeeding (soon) but now I’m scared to do a method with two hormones when even just one hormone is giving me horrible mental health symptoms. That basically leaves me with an IUD, the shot, or Nexplanon. I had a Paragard IUD placed before I got on the mini pill that ejected itself. I’m not willing to attempt an IUD again at this time. I’ve heard nothing but bad experiences with the shot and I don’t like the fact that once it’s given it’s basically stuck in my body for three months even if I’m having symptoms vs Nexplanon I can have removed early if needed. But I don’t want to get an implant if it’s likely to cause me the same symptoms the pill has.
Can anyone recommend a good cardiologist? Preferably one who can see me relatively quickly. The issues I have going on cannot wait months.
