I always been curious for women what that is like. As a guy I never been checked out before by women or there just way more discrete idk. Like when I check someone out sometimes I feel like they look my direction (not at me) and i feel like I got caught or I make it look obvious I was checking them out by looking away very suddenly. Ik *checking women* out a good thing to do. I don't do it often and when I do i try to just look for 3 seconds and look away. I don't bother women so dw about me being a creep and approaching them. Ig we all just have attraction towards people our bodies and brain can't look away from lol.

I 25M have always suffered from mental disorders like anxiety, over awareness, depression list goes on. I don't like my body, where I live, my job, car and everything else. Im ashamed so much about my life that I lie constantly to avoid people knowing who I am. I've had the question come up some times bu family and strangers on my love life. Im a virgin who's never done anything with the opposite gender. Not even flirt. Im scared of rejection even tho I face it in other aspects in life. I guess im scared of everyone talking about me and scared ill be surrounded by fake people who aren't real with me. I probably am already there by its not easy getting over things like this. I try to stay to myself but I get depressed and suicidal because of all the flaws I have and don't know how to overcome them. So that's me pretty much a lying depressed person who isolates himself because he's scared to let people know who he is and his ego gets in the way as well.

Hello im 25M with alot of health problems mostly including gut related issues. I've tried many of diets and many of diets never seem to make me progress and I cake alone this one scrolling for one of a kind methods lol. Fast foward found this subreddit and many other animal based carnivore influencers (face iq n goatis). So I finally am committing to trying this out and bought some organs eggs and meat from a farm half an hour away from me. So I thawed out some meat and need advice on to clean it or prepare it right.
