Bought this helmet for $40 at a yard sale is it worth it? The emblem has shifted (not sure what it means exactly) and the internal webbing is in great shape also came with chin strap.
This is a ww2 style m1 helmet I bought a while ago for 40 bucks at a yard sale I was wondering how much I could possibly sell it for at an antique mall that is more of a pawn shop for older/newer stuff.

So I was talked to by a game warden a bit ago for something stupid I was doing and I had asked him some questions I had cause him and I were chill just shooting the shit and asked if there was a way to legally open carry a handgun in Maine at 20 and after him going to the station to deal with something he checked and said yes so long as it was gifted to me which it was and he said I can open carry like anyone over 21 could I got home to look at the law myself to double check but it didn’t say anything about me being able to and not being able to open carry at 20 I was wondering if anyone could shine some light on this cause it could be google not wanting to show me that I can. I want to make sure I’m not gonna end up in cuffs for wanting to protect myself in crack capital at Walmart. Please any info helps.
