What cheese are we using on smash burgers?

What cheese are people using on smash burgers? I've tried "Sainsbury's cheesy slices" for the American cheese vibe and it was ok but a bit *too* plastic. Today I did cheddar slices and it was nice but didn't have the smash burger vibe.

All suggestions welcome! I suppose what I'm going for is something similar to Five Guys.

Why does the melodrip holder on an Orea Z1 unscrew?

I only recently discovered that the very top of the Orea Z1 (that has the little flanges that the melodrip sits on) is a separate piece that you can unscrew. I had always thought it was all one piece of plastic.

Does anyone know why? Were/are they contemplating some other dispersion tool mount?

What is the point of the new rest system?

If I do my 10 hour mandatory break I'm also fully rested. And that rest lasts the same 14 hours that I'm allowed to drive. So I never get tired and need a couple of hours rest, I always just do my mandatory breaks and ignore the other system.

I DO like that I can rest a bit longer to make sure it's daylight when I wake up, or just rest 2 hours so the truck dealer is open. Manipulating time of day is great, but in terms of rest it's the same. Maybe different in ETS?

Celebrating that my wife is allowed to eat rare meat again

She really missed steak while she was pregnant, but our second was born a couple of weeks ago! I've provided cured meats, sushi, unpasteurised cheese and now some proper pink beef.

This was Rib of Beef, and it was spectacular. Still working on my roast cauliflower - it was a bit over.
