Flaring all week due to stress and grief

It’s interfering with my ability to work. I’m waking up every day tachy, nauseous, needing to vomit or have some kind of GI episode in order to reset. I just lost my brother 3 weeks ago and now I’m starting a job as a new grad nurse. The stress is unreal and I don’t know how to manage this. I don’t know why I’m posting this or what the point is, I just feel like shit 😭 any recommendations for being tachy at rest?

Brand new doc bashing nurses on TikTok

I don’t have much to say except go watch for yourself and let me know your thoughts!

Edit: sorry guys, I didn’t put the name or the link or describe anything at all 😭 on TikTok she is Dr. Julia Carter MD MPH.

She starts the video by explaining how offended she was during an incident on a train recently, where a nurse arrived to a civilian emergency before her and said nurse “dismissed” this doc simply by stating her credentials. Mind you, doc doesn’t state her credentials out of her own fear she will be perceived as “elitist”. She questions how the nurse even knew or understood the man in question needed juice/was hypoglycemic. She then derails off this story entirely and just goes on to complain about her colleague nurses, how nurses don’t understand pathophys, how she constantly has to educate on things nurses don’t “get”, how she knows more than the nurse and therefore the nurse needs to get out of her way, understand their role, etc.

What medical word is your equivalent to “moist”?

Lmao. Idk why I feel like I have to make a post on this, but hey. The first time I heard this word, I instantly knew it was going to be the equivalent of the word “moist” for the rest of my life. And I was right. I don’t hear it as often now that OB is irrelevant to me, thank god, but it’s been bothering me since the beginning of time, and I really need you all to know about it.

✨ Boggy. ✨

It reminds me of a squishy swamp…I just can’t and I don’t know why! Lmao

Ok your turn!

I believe I am, and I know I have gifts. I am claircognizant and intuitive. But is there a way to know if I’m spiritually protected more than others around me or in my life? If I posted a pic of myself, would someone be able to read that?

A vet friend of mine had a look at these pictures and said it is highly concerning for soft tissue sarcoma. FNA is tomorrow. I know there cannot be a diagnosis without an exam and FNA. I just wanted to see if anyone here agrees or disagrees. TIA.
