Do I really need the Plus 1000 subscription to sell clothing?

Wanted to publish some 2D clothing, but atleast some people say, that I atleast need the Plus 1000 subscription, and I just got the free trial.

Possibly undiscovered bug?

  1. Equip Radioactive Rim
  2. Go to your favorited rims
  3. Equip any favorited rim that you do not own
  4. Change to the color you like

I tested and it doesn't work on rims that you own

Was this used PC good enough worth buying? (Specs in body text).

I got it for 145€ off of eBay. It came with a 144hz 1080p monitor by iiyama, and a keyboard.

Intel Xeon E5 2680 v2
(Haven't identified the cooler yet)
16GB 1600Mhz DDR3
120GB SSD (Seller said the PC doesn't come with any storage, seems like he forgot it.)
1TB HDD
1070 Ti inno3d iCHill
600W Powersupply (The original PSU was broken, so I had to swap it out, I had one collecting dust.)
Enermax Ostrog Case

I have already tested it in many games, stresstested it, and it doesn't have any problems.
