Strange Intermittent No Start Issue

I have an older i7+ that will empty the bin when commanded from my phone but not start a job. The phone says 'starting job' for about 30 seconds then goes back to saying 'ready to vacuum'. It is like my teenage kid, ignores command to work and just sits there without expression. Not a connection issue, just refuses.

The clean button on the unit will start a 'clean everything' job but I don't always want that.

Resetting the robot rarely works. The software says it is up to date with v 22.52.10. Sometimes trying again after 30 minutes or so it works...like when I wrote this post.

Does this happen to anybody else? Have any ideas to make this machine listen to me?

Looking for Turning Pointers

I would like to make handles for my espresso machine and grinder but I am relatively new to wood turning. I am relatively proficient at making pens but that is about my limit thus far with the lathe.

I have several questions but mostly need help in order of operations and what to do about threading. I have seen dozens of youtube videos that don't explain anything, and edit out the important stuff like how I should mount the wood. They are not helpful. If anybody has suggested learning material explaining how to make these kind of handles I would be appreciative.

FWIW, I have a benchtop lathe that will fit this project no problem. I also have the PSI Barracuda chuck kit, table and chop saws. No bandsaw.

Also, I can find m8x1.25 female inserts for the steam and hot water taps (left and right). What should I do about the male M12 threading for the portafilter and pull handle (top)?

Axl Tips Needed

My wife and I have tried to beat Axl (on pc) about eight times now. We can consistently get him about 80% down then we spend about 10 minutes chasing him around the arena, not able to get a hit.

Then seemingly out of nowhere, we both get one-shot killed at the same time. This has happened three times in a row and is getting old. Any tips?

Adhesive for Leather to Plastic

I cut a replacement palm rest for my mouse out of some leather I had sitting around. What would be a good adhesive to secure the leather to the plastic housing?

FYI, the previous adhesive is like nothing I have ever seen before. I soaked it in goo-gone twice, tried a razor blade, alcohol, 80-grit. I spent most of yesterday trying but nothing is getting the rest of the residue off. I am up to suggestions but I'm just going to have to live with it at this point.

I had been wanting to build a split for a while. I am about to submit an order through JLCPCB for an unrelated project. It would be nice to make shipping more worthwhile.

I'll get to designing a board later, but I am sure there are open source build projects with gerber files available, any recommendations?

I have a Delta 36-650 table saw, the motor blew the run capacitor. I am having a hard time finding a direct replacement or even one that will physically fit. This cap is 3" long with a diameter of 2 7/8" and it is a pretty snug fit. The 1.5hp motor does not have a data plate of its own but I am pretty sure it is a 644224 (ereplacementparts.com).

I have tried Mcmaster Carr and Grainger along with various Internet searches.

Any ideas where I may be able to find a replacement cap? Am I stuck rigging up a capacitor that will fit?
