Keychron J8 HE 8K - We have Wooting at home?????

Hi everyone!

This is gonna be my review about the Keychron J8 HE 8K. I have not received it by Keychron, I bought it from my own money. As per my background, I'm a highly competitive player in Immortal 3 in Valorant. Before that, I played CS (since cs1.6) and ranked at FaceIT lvl 10. My previous keyboard was a Cooler Master CK720 among some others. I only was able to try a Wooting 80HE at my friend's place for a good amount of times, but I didn't want to pay that much for it. Although I do stand by that, HE keyboards are the future and this keyboard verifies that.

Keychron made a huge statement with this keyboard, selling it for 80 euros. I was waiting a long time to someone finally release a great wired HE keyboard which doesn't cost much.

It has linear HE switches, which are pre-lubed and called the "Ultra-fast Lime Magnetic Switches". They are definitely not loud and the sound and feel are marvelous. Typing and playing with it is a dream come true to me. My first ranked game, I ended up with 26/5/10. Jiggle peeking/strafing with it was a breeze. It was very very satisfactory. I cannot recommend it enough for FPS games.

As per Keychron, the start force of the switches are 30gramms , the end force are 55gramms and have a 0.01mm sensitivity. The switches lifespan are 100 million. By stock the switches feel already pretty great, I have not changed anything in the software. Very well done with the stock settings.

The keycaps feel incredibly good, nothing like what I used before. They are called "Cherry Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps". I really took a liking to them.

There's also a bottom case acoustic foam and beneath that, another PET film. I do not use anything under the keyboard and the sound is already dampened pretty well. I like to see manufacturers who already mod the keyboard before-hand like pre-lubing the switches and put foam inside the keyboard.

Not going to lie, I do think the Keychron J8 HE 8K is a huge banger and it strongly delivers. If Keychron is going to stick to the 80 euros / 100$ price, this will sell like hotcakes. I saw that on their website, it's already sold out. I purchased this in Hungary as you can see it has a Hungarian layout and saw some good reviews on some Hungarian websites already.

Hope this helps anyone who wants to buy a cheap but great HE keyboard! If you have any questions, I will do my best answering them!

Hi everyone!

I'm a lifelong FPS gamer who competed a lot and still plays competitively in Valorant in Immortal 3. I had enough of headphones and I wanted to try IEMs. Ngl, it was a bumpy road as I had no luck finding a good IEM that satisfied me. The previous one I tried was the Kefine Klean but it was very uncomfortable and I didn't like it at all. I went onto Tripowin Vivace later on, then to Chu II, KZ iems, etc...

I hesitated a lot before trying another Kefine product, because how big of a let down the Klean was to me. My friend however insisted to try the Delci AE. I was actually ready to go back to headphones.

Then I jacked in and immediately went to play a comp. The map was pearl and I think the moment when my jaw was dropped, was the moment when I heard an A planting from B backsite. For those of you who don't know, it's pretty far away so it's very impressive. As you see, the soundstage is pretty wide as you can hear things from far away and the imaging is pretty good too.

The comfort is not even comparable to Klean as I can wear the Delci AE all day long if I would want to. It's pretty darn comfortable.

I don't use it for media and cannot give you a review on that, but based on some animes/movies and music I listened to, I was satisfied.

Hope this helps anyone who is in search for an IEM for FPS gaming or gaming in general.

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know why Razer is slacking? I actually liked the idea with the dav3 wired mouse and so many people bought it in my country instead of the wireless version. I even bought it the wired because the grip was better with it and I didn't care about the wire. I'm at the moment using a Deathadder Essential and playing well in Immortal in Valorant.

Eventually because of my health issues I sold many gaming gear of mine to pay the medical bills and I'm not even from the USA..

Anyway, I used to have the VV3 PRO and I loved the shape but I couldn't keep it anymore. I have a bit of money and it would be so nice to buy a vv3 wired or even the vv4 wired.

RAZER!!! Please... Make it happen!!!

You would boost your profit by a big margin.

EDIT: Wired version*
