Hi, I'm a med student looking to talk to random people about anything. I am not good at starting a conversation but once started I keep going. It doesn't matter male or female but I would prefer a female so I can improve my communication skills too. Sometimes I have time to chat but if I don't respond immediately it is because I have to study for my exam. If you are interested or need a friend to talk to send me a message. I like to listen to people.

Btw I speak 4 languages (English, Italian, Turkish, Arabic).

So I followed a girl in my college and she followed me back. I'm in 3rd year on med school and she is in 2nd year. She posted a story about herself and I sent her a reply. Afterwards she only likes the message. Should I stop and get the hint that she is not interested right?
