Did you used to sit in the smoking or non-smoking section of restaurants?
I remember in the 2000s going to restaurants, and they'd ask you which section you wanted to sit in. It still didn't matter because the smell carried lmao

2009 was a crazy year lol
I'm looking into taking a trip into Spain. It seems like people either really love Barcelona or hate it, no in between. The people there seem to be really nice or straight up racist assholes. I've never traveled to Europe so I'm not sure what to expect. I speak Spanish, but not fluently. What do y'all think?
Hey y’all,
I moved to Houston about a year ago. I’m looking to make more guy friends. I’m in the gym 5x a week usually in the mornings, love reading, writing, watching sports, and seeing new movies. I’m pretty laidback but I’m also progressive politically and don’t tolerate bigotry.
HMU if you’re interested in getting to know each other! Please have IG so we can connect off Reddit after a while.
Easily The Blindside for me…Sandra Bullock is an amazing actress but the movie’s wack
Tbh I haven’t had any white friends since I was a freshman in high school. My childhood experience was riddled with trauma from them, and because I’m extremely pro-Black, I’ve never been able to connect with them since. I also really don’t go out of my way to. People in my life think I need to be more open minded about having white friends. What do y’all think?
Happy Juneteenth y'all! For my birthday this summer, I'm taking my first solo trip to Mexico City. I can speak Spanish so I should have no issue getting around, but I'm anxious about solo traveling as a Black man because I've never done so before, not even in the U.S. Before you ask "Why not start in the U.S.?" because flights/hotel in Mexico City is cheaper or similar to other major cities here and I've been to most of them.
What has the solo traveler experience been like for y'all? How did you go about making friends if you did?
The theater was also promoting the upcoming Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift movie which is why these tuners were there
I go to the gym every weekday morning and I saw this mom walk in with her son who couldn’t have been older than 10 and immediately my mind went there. I feel like it’s gotten really bad since the pandemic. Back in the day, the only time I would be in public is after I had my license and wanted to skip lol. Other than that, my parents never let me skip school unless I was deathly ill or had an appointment.
