Any part of the world , in terms of absolute comfortability, economy, society, stability, opportunities and overall quality of life, what’s arguably the best time to be born?

A genie gives you two offers, either be absolutely average at everything you do wether that be a sport, an instrument or an art, whatever it is, you have the skill level of an average individual who does that skill. For instance, if you want to become a pianist, you have the skill of the average pianist. If you want to be a sprinter, you have the average top speed of the average man (or woman) of your age. For sports and athletic ability “Average” will be magically assessed by the genie by recording everyone in the world’s skill level at each that athletic ability and finding the average. Extremely physically disabled people, paralysed people or individuals who cannot perform that skill or activity are excluded from assessing the average. For specific skills like an instrument, the “average” is magically assessed by recording everyone skill level that actively practises or has practised that skill. (. The catch, you can’t get better at the skills no matter how hard you practice. This doesn’t account for virtual hobbies like playing video games. You keep all the skills you have previously learnt (for example if you were a skilled pianist before the wish, you stay a skilled pianist but you can’t improve).

The second option, you keep all the skills you already have prior to the wish but you become extremely talented at any single skill of your choice. Extremely talented means the absolute best in the world at this skill. The skill has to be specific it cannot be broad or vague. For example it cannot be musician or artist. It has to be specifically guitarist or painter or singer. The catch, you keep your skills prior to the wish Ofcourse but you cannot improve further at any other skill.

In short, this is essentially jack of all trades master of none or master of one.

EDIT: if you choose a sport you get the skill and athletic ability of the best.

Also in this scenario you simply have no choice but to choose an option.

I’m trying to install esign and KSign from Apple jr net and it was working perfectly fine previously but the apps stopped working after one day and now I can’t download esign or KSign and the websites only solution is to reset my device completely. Any other way to fix this?

UPDATE: I’m pretty sure I’m blacklisted because I downloaded more than 3 apps on ksign. I was uneducated and didn’t know of this rule. How to fix this problem?
