Anyone work for the concierge team? What’s it like?

Hi I’m a tired first time mom lol

My son does not know how to self soothe back to sleep and that’s my fault because he has always been nursed back to sleep. He used to have a great sleep schedule and would only wake maybe once in the night so idk if we’re deep in a regression or teething or WHAT or BOTH lol all I know is it feels like newborn days again with how he’s sleeping😅 I never really had an interest in sleep training because he was such a good sleeper even through the 4 and 6 month regressions…but momma is TIRED and cannot function anymore. I do not want to do CIO because my heart just cannot handle that and so any tips to get him to start sleeping better or start self soothing? He sleeps in his crib in our room and I would be willing to move him to his own room but I havent yet because it just feels so sad to have him be all alone lol and he usually goes down for the night between 7-7:30pm.

Okay so I work in direct sales and I applied for a workforce management position on July 7th. It still says in progress on workday but I have heard ZERO communication about it. Do I reach out to the hiring manager or how can I get info about the status or why it is taking so long to hear back? When I applied to Allstate itself the process was actually very quick so I guess I am just confused why it’s been almost a month??

Hello!!! Currently in wfh sales position and I hate. Being. On. The. Phones. It makes it SO difficult to juggle with my 9 month old. What other positions or entry level wfh jobs/companies are out there hiring right now?? I feel like I forgot how to job hunt lol

I applied for the coaching partner position does anyone know how or when I will hear back? It does not show up in my jobs hub active applications!
