looking to book a vacation with myself and two friends in the us. one of us likes nature and state parks but two of us like the city. what’s a place we can do both?

i was just hired at one of the starbucks locations inside of the park and was wondering what hours may look like every week? i’m hoping to work as much as possible but i can’t imagine i would get very many. does anyone know?

(sorry this is long) so for context i ate like shit on sunday, wings, spicy chips, cinnamon rolls, alcohol (i never eat this horrible but it was football sunday okay) and woke up monday with a warm feeling in my throat and through my esophagus. i had felt that before but maybe a decade ago and there was no issue after that. later on in the day it went away and i didn’t think anything of it. yesterday i went to urgent care for something completely unrelated, tonsillitis and they gave me a steroid, prednisone for the swelling. i took it and later on was experiencing diarrhea, back aches (both upper and lower) stomach and abdominal pain, constipation, literally the works. i was in a lot of pain last night and was feeling the warmness of gerd again but was luckily able to sleep last night after it calmed down slightly. this morning i went back and they said the steroid is probably not related to the gerd issues so they gave me mylanta (which doesn’t seem to be working at all???) and omeprazole 40mg to take twice a day for a week. i’ve only taken one dose so far but im afraid because all of the negative things people seem to be saying about it. also just ate again and gerd is flaring up even though im eating bland foods. it’s also painful on my body and idk what to do. ive never dealt with anything like this before and am unsure of when im supposed to start feeling better.
