Ive been through a rough phase since 2025 after i was laid off from my company, meanwhile I was still not over my ex tried reaching out to her and got to know shes getting married. Also I have a family property dispute which is in progress in district court since 2018. I visit the property often but on Dec'25 I was assaulted and thrown out. The police didnt register my FIR even though I had video evidence. I am stressed since I'm losing possession of the property. Due to which my father is stressed too. The environment in my house is not good. So i left my town and moved to a different city where i got a new job it felt good for 2 months then i realised its monotonous. I'm not sure if i want to continue ij this career field. My friends are getting married and here I'm single at 32 all alone.

Life's getting hard day by day with too much stress.

Can anybody suggest any remedy or atleast predict my future based on your expertise?
