Hello Just recently I had disputed a claim and of 250 dollars, I had called the merchant and they didn't help me and kept hanging up, this led to me calling bank of America and I had submitted my claim before but I wanted to modify it because I had even more receipts and proof that the merchant has incorrectly charged me 200 dollars extra. I then called bofa to modify and give all the recipts and story but for some reason my updated/ modified claim was cancelled?
