For an example you can pick simo hayha because he died in 2002

In the same time you can also pick someone who still alive you like John Cena.

I asked this question because I believe that it would have been a lot cooler if they did reveal the characters title\ nickname before they reveal the design and their real name. At least for some these is kind of obvious.
