Has anyone used to program NACA, to purchase there home's? I came across the program yesterday looking for grants for first time home buyer. I was just curious 🤔 if you have used them what was your experience I am can you change using them in the middle of your purchase because I have already submitted an offer on a home and was expected on Tuesday last week and my inspection is tomorrow but my closing date is not until August 3rd

I just submitted an offer yesterday on my first home and I am a first time home buyer and the lender I am using saying I don't qualify for MHDC down payment assistance because my credit score is not at least 640 or higher and I would have to come up with the down payment myself. But my question is there any other down payment assistance program or grants with a credit score of 580 or higher I can apply for and if I got approved use that even if my lender doesn't offer it? And my loan is a FHA.
Ok I have a 2026 Trax and when I fill up my gas tank it says I believe a little over 300 miles that I can go... but my question is I see other post on here and other people gas is say 400 or even 500 miles on a full tank how is that possible?
I have had my new 2026 Trax LT for a little over 2 and half months and how often do you get notifications on updates and do you get service done like your oil change at 7,500 miles I was always taught to do service like oil change at 3,000 miles
