I would like to do a LSD microdose today but I have what seems like an upper respiratory infection; a cold/dry cough and runny nose for a few days

Is it a good or bad idea ?

I am going to a rave in a few hours, if I took a LSD microdose a few hours ago, what drugs go well with it when I get to the rave?

I have been lurking in this forum for quite some time, after about 5 years of feeling terrible about my hair loss (Norwood 3v mostly suffering on my crown) I have decided it’s time for a HT.

One of my main issues is that I have a client facing job (I work as a sales director) and I want to program the operation at a time when it can be most hidden as possible

My questions I would really like feedback on;

- How much time off work do I need for the actual operation?
- When I get back to work, can I wear a cap or does the scalp need to breathe? I am very self conscious about that post op period where it’s quite red/scabs etc

I am not bothered about my colleagues knowing, but when it comes to clients I prefer it to not be obvious

Also with summer coming up, I am wondering how it works with going on summer holidays a month after the operation - is sun exposure bad for the healing ?

I am a vers top, I like to btm however for quite a while I am dealing with recurring bleeding/pain after sex — proctologist said everything is “normal”?

This has been driving me crazy for over a year.

I often get bleeding from my hole during sex and sometimes during bowel movements too.

The weird thing is that it usually doesn’t hurt much during sex itself, but there’s often blood, especially close to orgasm. Sometimes enough that it’s awkward for the top.

After sex (or cleaning out beforehand)I very often get a mild burning/splitting sensation around the hole. Not
severe pain, more like irritation or the feeling of tiny tear.

Visually everything looks mostly normal except maybe a tiny fissure. I can also feel a very small bump just inside the hole, like maybe 1/4 the size of a pea.

I went to a proctologist 1 year ago, and had a full exam done last year and he basically said nothing was abnormal.

But clearly SOMETHING is going on because I don’t think regular bleeding and irritation after bottoming is normal.

Has anyone dealt with this sort of issue before?

And most importantly — how did you fix it?

I really want to bottom more comfortably without constantly worrying about the slight splitting pain or blood afterward.
