How probable would it for a Judge to issue a Bench warrant for a witness who got sent a text of a subpoena and although this person responded didn’t make it to court? Now the case went from Preliminary hearing to arraignment so means court went on and proceeded with enough evidence without the witness. Guessing my question is how probable is it for the judge to issue a bench warrant for a text issued subpoena for a witness?

Went to shoot it today for the first time since i bought it and wow. That 4” (⏸️) is just so fucking good. Amazing gun, S&W deserve all the California money for making that. Now the real question is what are some red dots yall have added to yalls?
