Import duty only by email

Hello, might be a stupid inquiry but I think it's my first time getting something delivered via DHL. I received an email telling me to pay customs which... no clue how I didn't think I'd get some on top of ridiculous shipping but that's beside the point. I never click on email links for those kinds of things and go on the website on my own. The website does say the customs clearance (which I assume means for me to pay) may start during transit but it doesn't give me an option to pay. Is it only by email? It's been shipped to France from Japan.

Again sorry this is dumb, like I'm waiting for a package which was meant to arrive on that time so I'm like 99% it couldn't be a scam but anxiety is well... dumb.

Is my estimated 2 months old fat?

Apologies for flashbanging her. Also hard to take pics of her because she always has zoomies.

For now, I'm mostly free feeding her kibbles (though not putting a large amount either) bc even when weighing her food she'd rarely have her kibbles finished by the time of her next ration, usually even all day). I serve her wet food twice a day, which she doesn't eat whole a one sitting either. She's also very active. I have health anxiety toward her so it's hard to know if my concern is always fair. I've always lived with cat but this is my first time taking care of kitten on my own as adult.

On that note, do kittens have a primordial pouch?

Top coat doing... this

I'm sure I've seen people experience the same thing but I just can't find the right keywords to find it!

I thought the issue was humidity but I've had this issue occur with SH Insta-Dri Red Bottle for not that long, didn't have that issue before. I don't live in a particularly humid area, and I don't think it's my home either. It only happens with SH and Gel Couture. Using Glisten & Glow make it disappear. I'm using the same method as I've have for a while, so I don't why it would suddenly do that, unless it's a problem with the polishes on their own. I've thinned out SH, and GC isn't goopy. Also yes I'm using many different brand together, but when the top coat is applied well, I don't have much issue, or didn't until recently.

Polishes:

- HT Long-lasting basecoat

- SH Repair & Rescue Ridge Filler

- HT Feral Forest

- BKL Sacrifice (magnetized about 1 minute with regular wand in an attempt for bead)

- SH Insta-Dri Red Bottle (same)

- Essie Gel Couture
