We’re planning to get married in a year or two. When we met pareho kaming walang plano to date pero wala, nag-click e. Hindi na kami naghiwalay since. I have never felt this secure in a relationship. Ganito pala yung pakiramdam na sigurado sayo.

Context: di ko alam if familiar kayo sa eldest daughter-youngest son relationship thing pero that’s us. Ako yung eldest daughter na independent, laging aligaga, knows how to get things done, responsible, and takes care of everything. Sya naman yung youngest son na walang sense of urgency, chill lang, hindi masyadong worried sa future, and sometimes kailangan ng nudge.

But don’t get me wrong, he’s overall a good partner — mabait, patient, takes care of me kasi acts of service ang love language nya, just really kind. The people around me say swerte ako sa kanya with the way he treats me and takes care of me.

Minsan lang talaga naiisip ko kaya ko bang tiisin na walang sense of urgency ung partner ko? Gusto ko sana ilabas ung feminine side sa relationship namin, pero di ko magawa 100% kasi indecisive din sya sometimes. Mabagal mag isip, parang sanay na may magdedecide para sa kanya. I really want to rest my brain when I’m around him pero walang mangyayari if I do that kasi di sya makadecide on his own like a man.
