Good deal?

Ever since the crown came out, I loved it. But it was out of my price range, I got a promotion and another source of income. So I was looking into them again as I am growing tired of the rough ride my 22 WRX has and I am not a car guy so I don’t care for mods. I should come out with 2k trading my WRX in.

I originally wanted a limited Crown, but newer since apparently the 23/24s have the weird window wind noise thing. They are a bit out of the price I would like to pay. However there is a 25 XLE Certified pre owned Crown with 27k miles for 36k. I feel like that’s a lot of miles for a newish car, but there’s a few others with over 30k miles in my area. Unfortunately, there isn’t a lot of crowns being sold in my area besides platinums, which I do not want.

How do you guys feel? Is this a good deal?

Running out of ideas for the “awkward phase”

I have never grown my hair out before, and started to try it. However, getting really frustrated with how my hair looks as it’s unruly-ish and falls flat no matter what product I use. The only time I like it is hopping out of the shower. All the hair makes me think it’s highlighting thinning parts of my hair as well. Mainly near the crown and left part of my hair. I’ve tried looking online for tips, but my hair is so straight, it’s hard to find applicable info. Any tips or advice for styling I guess or just getting through this phase? I typically like the almost messier-ish style but keeping it kinda professional. I despise having the neat or bombastic style.

Note: this photo is what my hair kinda defaults too. And I guess it’s just a natural part. But it looks like just thinning chunk to me. Also forgot to take a picture of the back, but suffering from some weird mullet thing at the back where my hair meets my neck.

Not sure what to do with hair

First time growing my hair out. Really struggling to make it work and not look crazy. I would have shorter hair and kinda spike/give it texture and I like the messier look without it being too “unprofessional” But now, since my hair is so straight, I can’t find a style that sticks with me. I really only like the way my hair looks when it is damp. I’ve tried to replicate it but the sides burst out and the left side has a weird thinning/separation. And I have absolutely no idea what to do with the back of my head.

Any tips on styling to help with the new length/ spotty thinning?

I (27M) am starting to drift away from my GF (24F) due to weight gain and tendencies. How to navigate this?

My GF(24F) and I(27M) have been dating for 3 years now, and it’s been great I love her and want to marry her. She’s my first real relationship.

About 6 months into our relationship she got an IUD after not having birth control. I do not know which one, but she rarely has periods now, so I am assuming mirena but I’m uneducated with this, she also has PCOS which I’m unsure of the impacts.

Since then she gained somewhat significant weight. Probably a little more than 30 pounds, and now she weighs almost as much as I do while being 4 inches shorter. I understand BC can wreck woman’s bodies, and I don’t want to make it sound like I’m controlling or anything. But she attributes her weight gain to the BC.

But in the past year she has had increasingly intense back and hip pain, she says she is hyper mobile which I’m sure is the primary cause I imagine but, it
caused her to go to the ER twice. She bed rots a ton which I’m sure doesn’t help. And doesn’t really push to eat all that healthier. We kinda started too recently but there is problems with that as well.

I fear it’s just going to get worse and I do not know how to navigate this. I’m just frustrated and with this being my first real relationship. I’m confused on what to do.

If I am being unreasonable or sounding like a douchebag controlling guy I’m sorry, I really don’t intend too. I just want to not build resentment for her.
