Confused about how to start?

Hello Guys, Im SEO person and experience with 5 years. I tried many time to learn facebook ads by myself and run few campaigns with YouTube video help. but manytime i'm confuse about the dashboard, policies, and feel like overwhelmed. how can i learn FB ads professionally?

What to answer in this Situation?

Client are doing SEO and Google Ads together. He is doing SEO for last 4 months and started Google Ads from 3rd Month. Now client is complaining that when he runs ads only then get leads and when it stop no leads come from SEO. what you say to client in this situation?
