What if the real goal isn’t living to 100, but still feeling like yourself at 80?

Okay so y'all must have seen me lurking in here and yeah I have been lurking here and reading a lot abt female life span and most of those talk abt how women live longer than men but I find myself wondering about something else, how many of those extra years are spent in good health?

Things like muscle strength, bone density, cardiovascular health, cognitive function, and hormonal changes can all influence how we age. Yet most conversations about longevity seem focused on adding years rather than making those years healthier and more independent.

I’m especially curious about how much our everyday habits in our 20s, 30s, and 40s might influence our health decades later—and how much is shaped by genetics or factors outside our control.

If you could preserve just one aspect of your health as you age, what would it be: physical strength, memory, mobility, hormonal health, or something else? And what do you think women should start paying attention to much earlier?

Is pgcl good??

Okay I got my mhcet results and I can safely say I'll get into pgcl. The thing is I am a drop year student, couldn't get any cllg through clat and badly wanted glc but I am not. So please can the seniors tell me if pgcl is actually a good cllg? Does it have any brand name? Can I get good opportunities here? Is it better than most tier 3 nlus? And what is the placement scenario here??

Thinking abt quitting law before even starting.

Okay so I am 19 and I took a drop year to prepare for clat. I studied day and night and sacrificed my entire social life and i still failed. I also did this one big stupid thing, i completed my jr. Cllg from kc churchgate and rather than taking a ba course in the cllg I left it. My 12th percentage is not good enough for me to go back to that cllg. Now after failing in clat i was so depressed that I couldn't even get up from my bed for 1 month. But after that I realised the seriousness of the situation and started preparing for mhcet law. And again i prepared really hard for it and I think i messed that up too. Now it's making me think I should quit law because failing one time is a lesson but 4 times. Seems like a warning to me. Because I don't understand what to do I have been a good student all my life, being a topper (yeah 12th was an exception) and I used to get good scores in the mocks of both of these exams and i still somehow messed this up. The think is idk what to do anymore. I took humanities so I could do law but now everything seems like a huge mistake to me. What should I do?
