Working towards peachy white nude - what ingredients?

Hi all! I’m trying to dye some white undergarments (100% cotton) to a sort of nude color. I recently put a bra through a mostly spent yellow onion skin bath that also had been mixed accidentally with some avocado pits/peels dye, which ended up giving a pinky, almost nude color, but not quite the right undertones.

wondering if anyone has ideas to try for my next experiment - tea? Red onion skins? A mix with some other things? Curious if anyone else has tried this experiment. Thanks!

Trying to Rehome Bernina Record 730 - southern california

Hello folks! I’m trying to downsize my collection of vintage machines (sadly) and want to give a new home to this Bernina. It’s been in my family since original purchase and was gifted to me about 4 years ago. I did some servicing of it and had a professional inspect the motor and the gears, and everything is working well and looks to be in good shape. I haven’t used it in a year or so, so I expect it to be a bit gummy and in need of oil, but it’s a great machine!

hoping to find someone near me who might be interested in purchasing it. It’s completely functional, has all the original feet, foot pedal, dust cover, extension table, and the manual. I’m located in southern/central coastal California, near santa Barbara. Was thinking $200, but also curious if my pricing is reasonable. Hoping someone who really will enjoy it ends up with it!

I used to have an orvis cardigan with cows in a pasture, but the yoke shape was unfortunate and uncomfortable so the sweater didn’t get worn, so I passed it on. Recently, I wanted to make a better version, so I found a cardigan shape I liked, and designed a chart for the cows to go with it!

The pattern I used was the Amikomi Yoke Cardigan by Noriko Ichikawa which I could not recommend more. She uses short rows to shape the back of the yoke, so it sits so easily on the shoulders and moves well with the body. The short rows added an interesting design challenge for me when making my chart, but I was able to organize it to incorporate the shaping and not have it interrupt the cow design.

I did some little accents with my pink yarn, because I loved it so much, even though it was a minor part of the design. I used that yarn for steeking the front, and also added fuchsia backing buttons for even more surprise pop! Those are my favorite parts of the cardigan by far!

I also blocked the poor thing within an inch of its life, because I wanted it to be as loose and comfortable as possible. I usually wear my cardigans lightly draped off my shoulders, and this shape has worked well for that.

I‘ll add a link to my ravelry for more details on adjustments I made to the pattern and process notes, but wanted to share the finished object - I’m so proud of it!

Yarns used: Besides the fence, which was Jamieson’s Shetland Spindrift, all colors in the yoke were Iro Iro yarn by Daruma. The body was made of Mirasol Yarn Llama Umi, which was delicious and delightful to work with!
