are there any dns setups I can do for my iPhone? im trying to stop with the porn if tried dns but I seem to be doing something wrong can someone give me a step by step that’s not overly complicated

I’m losing my mind right now I went to the grocery store to get groceries for my grandparents and one of the things they needed was milk when I got back to their house she. I was putting things up I noticed there was no milk I looked back at the receipt and didn’t see any milk on there I went to my trunk to look and there’s was none but I’m was sure I got milk the. I got paranoid that I got milk some how didn’t put it in the the conveyor belt and walked out with then then just forgot it in the cart and put the cart up drove away for some reason but now it’s like I don’t remember seeing milk in my cart when I went up there and I’m the type of person to look at my cart to make sure it’s empty when I’m done putting things up in the register or like if I have small things those go up first I even went back and asked the girl at the register if she saw milk and she didn’t I’m paranoid I walked out with milk that I didn’t pay for and for some reason I didn’t take it with me but it’s also like I sit. Remember seeing milk in the cart to begin with when i went up to the register I thought maybe I got milk but when I wasn’t looking someone took it out of my cart without me noticing or I only think I got milk. Has anyone felt like this before?
