Overslept and not feeling good when I try to eat, how do I get myself to have something?

Slept for like 12 hours. Had a very rough weekend working, and yesterday I only had one meal.

Now today, I had trouble getting myself up due to a headache. I'm sipping on water and now trying to eat. I can take a miniscule bite and immediately my stomach is churning, I am finding it very difficult to swallow. I get overwhelmed with a wave of nausea, it goes away soon after swallowing but I'm getting so anxious taking more bites.

I'm sure it's because I barely ate yesterday but I'm scared, I want to eat. I don't feel good and I don't want it to get worse. Plus I need to eat to take advil for my headache. Ughhh:(

Attending Galaxycon Columbus as an artist alley vendor

Hey!! I've been considering trying out tabling at a con for a while now—I know Galaxycon Columbus is only a few months away, but I was a bit surprised to see that their applications are still up for the regular Artist Alley tables.

I went to Animate Columbus this year for the first time, and I really enjoyed walking through the artist alley. I did see online it was kind of a bust for vendors, but I heard that Animate is pretty small in comparison to Galaxycon (I've only been to one other con so Animate still seemed pretty big to me).

Are there any artists that have any experience with Galaxycon Columbus? Is the setup similar to Animate's? I've never been to Galaxycon before so I have no idea what it's like:')

Haven't felt good in days

Really not sure what's wrong with me and it's been making me feel anxious/stressed on and off for days.

I started out going to bed with stomach cramps, then the next day my stomach just felt sour and off. The last two or three days the sourness has subsided, but my stomach still feels very off... occasionally I get mild nausea throughout the day, my stomach is grumbling a lot/feels bloated, and I haven't had solid bowel movements.

I'm not necessarily worried about throwing up - because I don't think I will after a few days of this already, but I HATE feeling nauseous! Only occasionally I feel car sick, but since I've already not been feeling well every car ride I've felt car sick. If I sit a certain way that squeezes my stomach I feel a little sick. I just feel not good... at all... I'm just barely able to function and have to take moments to myself to relax and not let the anxiety overwhelm me. Otherwise I make myself feel even more sick.

I guess maybe I've come down with something, obviously it's showing itself pretty mildly as I'm not bedridden, but I just want it to stop.:( Usually when I feel like this it only lasts one or two days but it's been three, maybe it will be four? Nothing is enjoyable when I feel like this...

First migraine in years. Can't even get up. Work in an hour

Currently sitting on the floor nibbling on crackers. I already took Tylenol considering taking a half dosage of Advil once I'm done with these crackers.

I didn't eat today aside from the crackers which definitely made it worse, but I can't even bring myself to stand more than a few minutes at a time to make food. Taking a shower was hell.

I don't have any medication I've been prescribed previously because they all expired and I didn't need it since. I feel so miserable, what do others usually do to get themselves up for commitments in their day?

EDIT: Thank you guys so so much for the advice, I honestly made this post barely conscious - I was dizzy, nauseous and I kept almost falling asleep until the nausea would hit me! I woke up with this migraine - waayyy too early for how little I slept and it lasted pretty much the entire day.

But I ended up dragging myself up from the floor, took as much ibuprofen as I remember I could take, went to work and then stayed for maybe 4 hours before they cut me since it was dead! lol... plenty of my coworkers volunteered to help me out so I could stay sipping on caffeine and nibbling on a banana in a corner. I didn't call off since I didn't have a lot of hours this week and needed the money.

Though this is an extremely rare occurrence for me now, I will definitely be taking everyone's advice to refill my previous prescriptions/buying additional OTC meds that have been suggested. I really appreciate the advice even though I didn't come back to this post before work! Even just looking at my screen made me sick. lol. But I am slowly recovering now!!

Struggling with my identity changing in long-term relationship...

I've been in my current relationship for just a little over 6 years (currently 25). When we first started dating, I was still learning to express my gender identity and doing a lot of experimenting, had finally accepted my queerness and sexuality... I had only been questioning being nonbinary, and for a few years I still went being labeled as a girl with she/her pronouns. Then she/they. I was uncomfortable with the idea of changing my entire life.

Since coming out as nonbinary and switching to only they/them, changing my name, etc etc I've really been struggling. I didn't ask my partner for the longest time to use they/them pronouns and call me by my new name for months. Then when I did, I had accepted it was okay to refer to me as she/her around certain people. (his friend group, family, etc).

I can't exactly say I'm happy. Of course, I love my partner and we have been through so much together. But he's a cis person, has a lot of conservative friends that I'm uncomfortable being fully out to (they are people he grew up with). While he insists I don't have to hide myself I feel like I have to fit into the label of a "girlfriend" around everyone he knows.

Since I got a new job we have been seeing each other less. Things are tough for us individually in general so it might be that. But there was one night he was venting to me about lacking intimacy - and I told him it's just hard when I feel dysphoric about my body and on top of that I was never really as interested in sex as most people, which he knew about previously. I mentioned being interested in taking t for a few months to which he seemed... honestly against it. He said if I did, he didn't want to know. It's just a lot of change for him and he was still struggling to get used to everything. I didn't know how to feel about it at the time and I had just decided it wasn't worth it to go on hormones.

I just feel like we're so different now. We both have very similar goals and values in life, but I just find it very hard to get over the fact that we are such different people. I'm queer and so is my social group. He's queer but almost none of his friends are, except for the ones he knows through me. Yes he's bi, but I feel like at the end of the day I'm still seen as a girl. I still have to hear him use she/her around his friends and family. Some of them know I'm nonbinary but most of them don't. I hate it, honestly.

But it's hard. After 6 years together we share everything. Live together. We've discussed our future together. I can't imagine a life without him, but I can imagine my life with him being confusing and conflicting. Am I just fantasizing about starting over from scratch with my new identity so I don't have to go through the struggle of reintroducing myself and getting people to accept it? Probably. Do I actually want to go through with it?? I don't know...

I suppose I just need to tell him how I've been feeling. At least ranting about it here has helped me understand myself somewhat. Even I don't know what I really want.
