Smell from fitbit

A bit of an embarrassing question, I wear my fitbit daily and I really only take it off to shower. I give it a wipe down every few days. I have never had this issue before, but yesterday I skipped a shower due to lack of time. I work a sedentary job so it’s not like I get super dirty anyways. Today I took my watch off to tighten my band a little and my wrist underneath where the watch face sits smells funky😭. The watch face itself smells bad too. I just cleaned it well and Im letting my skin breathe a bit before I put it back on. What can I do to avoid this happening again? I suppose my skin needs the space to breathe during my showers or it will happen again? I don’t skip showers often so Im thinking that was the issue. It’s just strange that such a strong smell came from 1 day of not taking it off.

Does anyone else with OCD (actual, diagnosed OCD) see it in Brick?

I have OCD and I guess that’s why I have a special place in my heart for Brick lol. The whispering and his other ticks scream OCD to me. Especially when he talks about having to do certain things (compulsions) so something bad doesn’t happen (the obsession).

[Routine help] I have yet to find what works for my skin after years of trying

I need help with skincare products. I have tried so many things over the years, and nothing has really gotten my skin how I want it. I would love that “glass skin” look or at least just clear skin without so much redness. In the first pic with no flash you can see my acne and the second pic shows my redness/large pores much more vividly. I do think my diet has an effect on my skin. The first pic was taken yesterday and Im not nearly as red. Tonight I had dessert and a less balanced dinner, the redness is much worse after that as you can see in the second pic.

My skin type: combination I think? Sometimes I get oily but I also have dry spots. Definitely acne prone and sensitive skin.

Current routine: -Cerave hydrating facial cleanser -The ordinary azeliac acid suspension 10% cream -La roche posay tolerane double repair moisturizer
-Blue lizard spf 50 in the am.

I have been consistently doing my current routine for a few months now with little results. It didn’t make things any worse but it isn’t helping.

Things I have tried in that past that I know don’t work for me: salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, Differin adapalene gel, several good molecules brand products, several byoma brand products, thayers unscented toner, and probably more lol.

I tried all of those things mostly at separate times but after a few months saw no results or they made my redness worse. I try to keep my routine to 1 cleanser, 1 active product, 1 moisturizer, and 1 spf at a time but Im open to any suggestions or changes that might help. Please give me all the recommendations bc I clearly don’t know what Im doing lol.

Anyone with experience going from 10 mg to 15 mg?

I have been taking 10 mg for a while now. I am definitely stable and it has worked wonders for my anxiety/OCD. I feel like it could be better though. I still deal with symptoms more often than Id like. Im scared to go up if 10 is working and make things worse. I deal with the nausea/stomach issues side effect pretty bad so Im scared 15 mg would make that worse too.

Anyone else notice they don’t feel the effects of alcohol with trintellix?

I knoww mixing medication and alcohol isn’t the smartest choice but I’m on vacation and want to live a little. I had 2 drinks at dinner. Then we went to the bar and I had 3 more drinks. I still don’t feel like I drank anything at all. I only drink occasionally and have always been a bit of a lightweight. If I had 5 drinks in one night before Trintellix I would be almost blacking out. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.
