im writing a story, My horror story revolves around a scary school. Pretty cliche. BUT, here's the thing, throughout the story, many students perish. But the school still stands, how on earth is that possible? the obvious answer is that these deaths are often hidden by the main character. Now, there is a cult behind this character, and my previous stance was that this cult takes charge of hiding these deaths. mainly because these are caused by the supernatural being they brought to this space. However, it just doesnt feel realistic: I get it, stories shouldnt always feel realistic but this just does not feel grounded in the context of a story that is almost entirely set in the real world. Even if the deaths remain hidden, the characters still dissapear, and the families should search, the school should close temporarily if all the characters dying belong to it.

how do i get around this?

this is specially difficult because this story advances in my discord server through roleplay, so im trying to get around the fact that people will question me and will want to make some of their characters die too.

School is, by no means, something unsolvable, but right now it feels that way and the worse part is, even now, I can’t seem to get my ass up and start working.

Soo! I had one extended essay due yesterday. I had since last year, I changed my subject because I was pressure into doing the last one by my mom and didn't know how to do it and it was all wrong. This year I changed it, I like it. But as off now is not completed. I had a Biomogy subject due yesterday, too. But I got sick, and just decided to spend those last two hours until midnight sleeping and trying to get better.
Now I'm sick, and emotionally distressed because of homework's. My hopeful self is hoping I can still do it but | just feel unable to. I also feel that's no excuse, how come there are people in my class that have the same exact subjects but actually put them in on time?
Because that can put in the effort, but when I try to do it I just feel miserable because I'm not as good. I should keep going, I know. I have so much more to turn in in this week alone, a speaking presentation, another essay, one technology homework I'm so behind in. I just wanna crawl inside the core of the earth and sleep.
Please excuse if this sounds like self pity. But I do really need help. What should I do regarding these assessments? "Manage my time" doesn't sound as good anymore because 1. I don't have time left, that's it. And 2. Because it seems that I take so much more time doing average simple things.

Im dead serious. I struggle a lot with getting things done, SPECIALLY in subjects I don’t like (duh) lately it’s technology that’s draining me. So, seriously, how do I just get over it and get it started?

I know tomie’s stories can be read mostly as a stand-alone, however, I find it really cool to try and see which ones can relate! Specially, trying to see if every tomie can go way back to chapter one. I made this tiny timeline and would love if anyone wants to contribute!

- in the first chapter, tomie is split in 42 chunks. One of those is the tomie that comes back to class, qt the end of the chapter, Reiko finds another Tomie Growing in the beach side.

- The tomie first shown in hospital morita (the one that is dating kitayama) is implied to be the same one growing in the beach side. Firstly, because kitayama met her in the beach (duh) but also, she uses a fake name, reiko, which is the name of tomie’s only friend in chapter 1. As we know, her kidney is implanted on yuki. And from her, three tomie’s are born.

- The head of tomie grows in a bath after being exposed to gamma rays, the other one barely grows and is burnt by the tomie. Yuki slowly becomes a tomie after having her dna implanted on her.

- It is a little difficult to track which tomie goes to the mansion. BUT she knows who professor takagi is so I’m more leant to believe is the tomie that grew in the bath as opposed to yuki. It could be either of them, since yuki exchanged looks with the professor while the other tomie was being burnt. So it could be either of them. Anyways, the tomie that goes into the mansion is the same that we see in the photography story.

- this tomie is beheaded, her head is presumably the one we see inside the fish tank, the body returns to the mansion and her blood stains a carpet which grows multiple tomies.

This is all I can’t think to track right now buttt basically

The tomie’s that can technically “track” back at chapter 1 are the tomie dating kitayama, the tomie growing on a bath, the tomie that never grew, the tomie from the photo story
