Front, Side, and Rear Delts

In case you were curious.

Front delts I work with shoulder press. You could do front raises if you need to but you likely don't need to.

Side delts are also hit in shoulder press, but lateral raises are good too. I don't have them programmed right now.

Rear delts are hit with rows. You can hit them with rear delt flies if you want.

Don't forget that strong upper bodies are also feminine !

I am a feminine woman. This is my upper body. It is a feminine upper body.

People are allowed to have different ideas on their preferred body type, but just remember that muscle≠masculinity! It's healthy and empowering to be strong as a woman!

On the topic of posing

I made this video a few months ago when I started my bulk just to address a pet peeve of mine with back poses I see online. I'm not a professional or a coach or anything, but I still think it could help people show their physique off a bit better.

I think biceps can be inline with shoulders if you want, that's just what my coach told me at a seminar

One arm pushup back cracking asmr compilation

This is mostly due to a combination of a form issue and being almost 30 lol. My opposite shoulder should be higher to be in line with my hips, but I drilled it into my head that I gotta touch chest to ground so it's a bad habit.

From the cut

I always forget how lean I got last year. I feel like sometimes you don't see it until you're bulked lol.

Always happy to remind trans women that we can be strong too

I was smaller pretransition. 1st pic was one month on e, 3rd pic was a year pretransition. Rest of the pics are 3 years in and I'm bigger and stronger than ever.

Physique Before FFS

In a few weeks, I will be getting FFS after 3 years of transition. I started training right after beginning my transition as well. Next week will be the last time I get to lift heavy for a while. It's a bit sad to have to pause my bodybuilding while I'm recovering, but I'm very excited to reach this point, and I'm excited to return to the gym with this milestone out of the way!!
