Tips needed for a beginner on a stationary bike

Hi everyone,

as a very heavy man I lost the first 30 lbs of my weight loss journey with walking + caloric restrictions.
I'm still weighiing around 330lbs that's why I bought a stationary bike.
Currently I manage to ride for 42 minutes with steady resistance. I'm trying to prolong every session for 2 minutes. Main reason for stopping is my butt. After 30 minutes it becomes ingreasingly uncomfortable.
But that'S beside the point. My goal is to lose weight and get fit enough to do bike tours next year.

Do you have recommendations on how to train on my ergometer? Switching between steady resistance and interval training between sessions?

Raising duration before raising resistance?

Thank you very much.

I need music recommendations for breaking out of a rut

Hi everyone,

in the last months I feel like i'm listening to the same old stuff and playing the same old riffs and it's getting extremely boring. When I look for great songs or guitar riffs it's always lists with the same songs that we've all listened to hundreds of times.

I listen to Rock, Blues and Metal, sometimes Jazz.

I want to find new music but lets call it hidden gems because I don't need the 30th recommendation of Stevie Ray Vaughan and and Van Halen, although I love their music.

Which songs or artists make you want to pick up the guitar and play/practice the whole evening?

Thanks.

Back to physical media

I'm tired of streaming, that's why I decided to return to collecting physical media. And I thought I should start with a few gems, not all horror but all of them quite bloody, from East to West.
I don't want to rely on streaming services anymore. Especially in Germany a lot of these movies can't be streamed and even bought.

PS. A I forgot to include the pic of my Friday the 13th-box. It's in the comments.

Zurück zu physischen Medien - mit einem Spezialeinkauf

Hallo zusammen,
