This is the first time my husband and I have done any type landscaping and it was definitely a process! I’m quite happy with the results of this simple sidewalk patch. Now on to the next one next weekend!

Today my husband and I drove a 2020 Kia Niro EV EX Premium. We both loved it and the price at 16k OTD.
Con is that it has about 45k miles and two previous owners, so we’d be out of the manufacturers warranty. Carfax also shows one “damage” report with no details.
This will be our second car for city driving and a 10 minute commute each day. We would definitely get a PPI and also try and get it to become Kia Certified Preowned.
Good deal and take a risk? Or wait for something better to come along?
