New to managing my tjänstepension. how do you handle yours?

First of all, sorry for posting in english on a swedish sub!

I’m fairly new to actively thinking about my tjänstepension and, overall, looking for some perspective on how others approach it.

Thoughts:
Do you actively choose and switch funds, or just leave it on the default (e.g. a generationsfond/Sparmålsfond that auto-reduces risk as you age)?

What’s your strategy and why? and how old are you? (e.g. 100% index funds, mixed, actively managed?)

Anything you wish you’d done earlier?
Tack på förhand för råden! 🙏

Do you know any english books about animal tracking in Sweden?

Hi everyone,
Sorry for writing in english, I don’t speak swedish.

I’m looking for english book recommendations about hunting species and animal tracking in Sweden.
Mainly books focused on swedish wildlife and how to recognise tracks, signs, scat, and animal movement in forests and snow. (gift for a family member)

If anyone has recommendations that are actually useful in swedish conditions, I’d really appreciate it!

Thank you.
